The Process …
1 - Check My Availability
I can only be at one event per day — once a date is booked, it’s no longer available. If you're considering booking me for your wedding or special event, it's best to reach out early. My calendar fills fast, especially on peak weekends.
2 - Select Your Package
I offer 4, 6, and 8-hour packages, depending on how long your event runs & how many guests you'd like illustrated. Each package includes live, portraits created throughout your celebration — and if it’s super popular, I also offer post-event illustrations for anyone we couldn’t get to on the night.
3 - Leave the Rest to Us
On the day, my assistant & I handle everything, from taking quick guest reference photos to delivering finished portraits before the night ends. You get to relax & enjoy your celebration, knowing your guests are in for a creative, heartfelt surprise.

On average, I can illustrate around 6 guests per hour, — so in a 4-hour package that’s up to 25 guests, in a 6-hour package up to 36, and in an 8-hour package up to 50. It depends a little on the flow of the event, but I always aim to keep things moving while still giving each guest something special.

That’s absolutely fine! I’ll illustrate as many guests as I can within the time you’ve booked, and for anyone we don’t get to on the night, I offer a Post-Event Service. My assistant will keep taking reference photos, and after the event, you can let me know which guests or how many additional portraits you would like me to complete. These ‘post event’ portraits will be done by me at the studio at the discounted rate of $20 per guest.

Not at all! There’s no need for guests to sit and pose for long periods. We simply take a quick reference photo of anyone who’d like a portrait, and they can head straight back to the fun. I then work from that image to create their illustration while the celebration continues.

Most portraits are completed and ready to collect by guests at the end of the event. Guests can swing by our “illustration station” to see me at work, and to collect their finished artwork. If there are any illustrations to be done as part of my “Post Event Service” these will be finalised and sent to you at no cost, within 14 days of the event.

Yes, I’m more than happy to travel for weddings and events outside Melbourne. In fact, depending on the package you choose, a travel allowance will already be included. For locations further afield or interstate, I’m open to bookings where travel costs are covered — just let me know the details and we’ll work it out.
